Since 1993, we have managed to successfully fill more than 500 interim manager positions for our clients in Germany and 20 countries in Europe, America, Asia and Africa. The average duration of a project is generally nine months.
Our pool of candidates, established in more than two decades, contains more than 7,000 current profiles of experienced interim managers, more than 1,000 of whom we know personally. Matthias Cropp has been in the interim management business since 2001. He is your premier contact for cross-industry interim executive projects and has been spearheading the AIMP AIMP Academy since autumn 2018.
Joachim Rupp has been Managing Partner of Heuse Interim since March 2019. He looks back on long-standing national and international experience in the field of interim and project management.

Carin Bockholt is in charge of receivables and liquidity management as well as accounting tasks as an authorized signatory since October 2013.
Tanja Petkovais in charge of applicant management and the recruiting process at Heuse Interim since 2012. She is also responsible for supporting the management team as well as the entire project management team.
