Liability for content

The content on our website has been compiled with the utmost care. Nevertheless, we cannot assume any liability for the accuracy, completeness and topicality of its contents. Pursuant to § 7 para.1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), as a service provider we shall assume liability for our own content on this website in accordance with general applicable law. According to §§ 8 to 10 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), however, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to conduct research into circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Any obligation to remove or block the use of information according to the general laws shall remain unaffected. However, we shall only be liable in this respect from the time we become aware of a concrete violation of the law. These contents will be immediately removed upon discovery of any corresponding violations.

Our offering contains links to external third-party websites, the contents of which we have no influence on. For this reason, we cannot assume any liability for this third-party content.
